Why it's hard
Telegram Premium is bought either inside the app through the App Store and Google Play, or with cryptocurrency on Fragment. None of those three accept an Iranian card, and the first two additionally need an Apple or Google account with a foreign payment method on it.
The usual route is handing your account and password to a seller. The problem is that signing in to Telegram does not use a password at all — it uses a one-time code sent at that moment — so anyone who can «top up» your account also has access to every message in it. This service removes that route entirely.
What's in scope
rima is not a Telegram reseller or agent; it buys the subscription on your behalf and at your cost. Delivery uses Telegram's own official «gift a subscription» mechanism: we gift the subscription to the username you give, and Premium activates on that account. We do not sign in to your account, we do not ask for your phone number, and we do not ask for a password. Telegram's own account policies remain Telegram's, not rima's.
How it works

That is the only thing we need — yours, or the username of whoever you are buying for. The subscription is gifted to that username, so make sure it is right before you order.
With an Iranian bank card through rima's own gateway. The final amount is shown before you pay, and the order is trackable in your panel.
An order whose plan price (before the fee) is up to $40 needs only your mobile number, up to $100 in total per account. A larger order, or one that takes you past that total, first needs a one-time identity check with your mobile number, national ID and date of birth — after which it is not asked for again.
Why we ask for no password
A Telegram subscription gift is sent to a username from the outside and needs no access to that account whatsoever. There is therefore nothing to encrypt, to hold, or to destroy afterwards — because nothing was taken from you in the first place.
Because delivery is routed by username alone, a typo means the gift reaches somebody else's account, and that is not reversible. The order form checks the username's format, but only you know whether it is the right one.

Each item's price and rima's fee are listed separately and are the numbers checkout uses. The Toman column is worked out at the current rate and is only an estimate; the exact amount is fixed at payment, at that moment's rate, and shown to you before you pay.

The fee is 4%, but it has a $1 floor, and on the shorter terms that floor is what binds: putting a card through for a three-month subscription is the same work as for a twelve-month one. The «effective fee» column shows exactly that rather than hiding it.

A gifted subscription does not renew itself at the end of the term — continuing means ordering again, because our card is never left on your account. If your account already has an active subscription, it is better to place the order after that one ends: Telegram's official documentation does not say how a gift combines with an existing subscription, and we do not promise what we cannot guarantee. If you have no username yet, create one first in Telegram's settings.
