Why it's hard
The card is only half the problem — the IP is the other half
OpenAI's checkout does not accept an Iranian card, and its purchase page is not reachable from an Iranian IP. Buying a subscription therefore needs a foreign card and a connection outside Iran — two things one person rarely has together.
The usual route is asking someone to put their card through. The problem is not that it fails — it is that you never saw the price written down, you have no receipt, and if the subscription drops mid-term nobody is accountable.
What's in scope
rima buys the subscription. The OpenAI account and what you do with it are yours.
rima is not an OpenAI reseller or agent; it buys the subscription on your behalf and at your cost. If we activate the plan on your own account, the account never leaves your hands. If you take a ready-made one, it is registered from delivery to the email address you gave, and you should change its password. OpenAI's own account policies remain OpenAI's, not rima's.

With an Iranian bank card through rima's own gateway. The final amount is shown before you pay, and the order is trackable in your panel.

On your own account
You give the account's email and password, we sign in once and buy the plan. The password is stored encrypted, read only for this order, and destroyed in the same transaction that completes, cancels or refunds it. Change it after delivery.
A ready-made account
A fresh account is created on the email you give and handed over with the subscription already active. Nothing from a previous account is needed — and get the address right, because that is where the account is created.
Price
Plan prices plus a 4% fee

The fee is 4%, but it has a $1 floor, and that floor is what binds on the cheaper plans: putting a card through for a $10 subscription is the same work as for a $200 one. The «effective fee» column shows exactly that rather than hiding it.
What you should know
The subscription is monthly and does not auto-renew unless you order again — our card is not left on your account. If the account you give already has an active subscription, buying again may overlap; check the account's status before ordering.

- The handling deadline on these orders is four working hours, and it is shown on each order in your panel. It is usually faster, but the deadline is what we commit to.
