Why it's hard
There is no payment route to Telegram from Iran
Telegram Stars are bought either inside the app through the App Store and Google Play, from Telegram's official @PremiumBot, or with cryptocurrency on Fragment. None of those routes accept an Iranian card, and the app-store route additionally needs an Apple or Google account with a foreign payment method on it.
The usual route is handing your account to a seller to «top up». The problem is that signing in to Telegram does not use a password at all — it uses a one-time code sent at that moment — so anyone who can top up your account also has access to every message in it. This service removes that route entirely.
What's in scope
rima buys the Stars and gifts them. Your Telegram account never leaves your hands.
rima is not a Telegram reseller or agent; it buys the Stars on your behalf and at your cost. Delivery uses Telegram's own official «gift Stars» mechanism: we gift the pack to the username you give, and the Stars are added to that account's balance. We do not sign in to your account, we do not ask for your phone number, and we do not ask for a password. Where the Stars are then spent — a bot, a mini app, paid content or a gift to someone else — is between you and Telegram's rules, not rima's.

The number of Stars you need. Each pack's price and rima's fee are printed separately in the table below.
2. Give your username
That is the only thing we need. The Stars are gifted to that username, so check it in Telegram's settings before you order.
3. Pay in Toman
With an Iranian bank card through rima's own gateway. The final amount is shown before you pay, and the order is trackable in your panel.
Why we ask for no password
A username is all a gift needs
Zero access to your account
A Stars gift is sent to a username from the outside and needs no access to that account whatsoever. There is therefore nothing to encrypt, to hold, or to destroy afterwards — because nothing was taken from you in the first place.
The one thing that must be right
Because delivery is routed by username alone, a typo means the Stars reach somebody else's account, and that is not reversible. The order form checks the username's format, but only you know whether it is the right one.
Price
Pack prices plus a 4% fee
These are rima's selling prices. Each pack's price and the fee are listed separately and are the numbers checkout uses. The Toman amount is computed at payment time at that moment's rate, which is why no Toman figure is printed here in advance.

The fee is 4%, but it has a $1 floor, and on the smaller packs that floor is what binds: putting a card through for a small pack is the same work as for a large one. The «effective fee» column shows exactly that rather than hiding it.
What you should know
Gifted Stars are added to your account's Stars balance and spent from there. A regular user cannot convert Stars back into money, so order the amount you actually need. If you have no username yet, create one first in Telegram's settings.

What people usually ask
- Do I have to give you my Telegram password?
- No. The only thing we take is your username. The Stars are delivered to it through Telegram's official gifting mechanism, which needs no access to your account at all. If a seller asks for your password or a login code, that is a different method and its risk is not comparable to this one.
- What is rima's fee?
- 4% of the pack price, with a $1 floor. The table above is built from the same pricing row checkout uses, so the number you see is the number you pay.
- Why are there no smaller packs?
- Orders on this line start at $10, and Telegram's smaller packs fall under that floor. If you need more than one pack, place separate orders — Stars accumulate in the account's balance.
- I don't have a username — what now?
- In Telegram go to Settings › Username and create one; it takes seconds and is free. Without a username there is no way to route the gift to your account, because a gift is addressed by username alone.
- How long does it take?
- The handling deadline on these orders is four working hours, and it is shown on each order in your panel. It is usually faster, but the deadline is what we commit to.
- What if the purchase fails?
- If the Stars cannot be bought for any reason the order is cancelled and refunded. Since we hold nothing of yours but a username, cancelling has no effect on your Telegram account whatsoever.
