Why it's hard
PayPal does not work from inside Iran
It accepts neither an Iranian bank card nor an Iranian bank account. So even when you have a PayPal account, there is no way to fund it from inside the country.
The result is that most people turn to a private seller: they transfer the money card-to-card and wait. Two things are lost on that path — the receipt, and any way to follow up.
What's in scope
rima tops up an existing PayPal account. It does not create one.
We say it first because some other services sell both, and you may arrive expecting that. If you have a PayPal account, rima fills its balance. If you don't, opening one is yours to do and rima plays no part in it.

1. Have the destination email ready
The email the PayPal account was opened with — yours or someone else's.
2. Enter the amount and pay in Toman
The Toman equivalent is calculated at the day's rate and shown to you, then you pay with any Iranian bank card.
3. Get the receipt and track it
The balance lands on the destination account and the order stays in your panel with its status and date.
Pricing
The total is made of two things
The day's USD rate — the one rima publishes openly. Visible without an account and without logging in, with buy and sell equal; nothing is hidden inside the rate.

The minimum fee on any order is $2. From about $57 upward the fee is exactly 3.5% and stays there.
The final amount is shown on screen before you confirm the order.

Turnaround
An order placed during business hours usually completes in under 3 hours. The ceiling we commit to is 24 hours; an order placed at night or on a holiday enters the queue at the start of the next working day.
If it can't be done
If an order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, the amount is refunded in full. The order sits in your panel with its status and date, so you can follow up yourself.
Payment
Payment runs on a secure Iranian bank gateway, and any Iranian debit card works.
Order limits: Minimum $25 and maximum $1,000 per order. If you need more, talk to support before ordering.
Order currency: You can top up in dollars, euros or pounds. You pick the currency when you order, and the limit above is measured on the dollar equivalent either way.
Something to know in advance
PayPal limits accounts that show signs of use from sanctioned countries. That risk follows from how you use the account and is outside rima's control. We would rather say so plainly than let it surprise you later.

- Will rima create a PayPal account for me?
- No. rima only tops up an existing account. Opening a PayPal account is yours to do.
- Can I top up someone else's PayPal account?
- Yes. Just enter that account's email when you place the order. The order and its receipt are registered in your name, and following up is yours to do.
- Is the fee deducted or added?
- Added. The amount you enter is the amount that lands in the PayPal account; the fee is added to what you pay.
- Why is the fee a bigger percentage on small orders?
- Because every order carries a minimum fee. A small order costs us about the same to process as a large one.
- How long does it take?
- Usually under 3 hours during business hours. Our committed ceiling is 24 hours. Orders placed at night or on holidays are handled at the start of the next working day.
- What do I need to place an order?
