Yes. We make a foreign payment on your behalf, so regulations require your national ID and a mobile number registered in your own name to be confirmed. It happens once, before your first payment; later orders go straight to the gateway.
No. The payment is made on rima's card and that is what the merchant sees. The invoice reference ties your order to that payment.
Only the instrument. The service, the fee and the steps are identical — pick whichever your merchant accepts. If it takes both, the choice does not matter.
If the payment cannot be delivered to the merchant for any reason, the full amount is refunded to you.
