Paying Canada's Visa and Biometrics Fees from Iran
Canada has no diplomatic presence in Iran, so on top of IRCC's own fees, a trip to a biometrics collection point in a third country is part of the file too. Here's both, side by side.

Biometrics: why and where
Most applicants aged 14 to 79 must give fingerprints and a photo — whether for a visitor visa, a study permit or a work permit. Because Canada has no representation in Iran, this has to happen at a biometrics centre in another country.
Find the nearest centre
For Iran-based applicants, the nearest centres today are Ankara and Istanbul (Turkey), Dubai and Abu Dhabi (UAE), Yerevan (Armenia), and Tbilisi (Georgia).
Book within 30 days
Once IRCC's letter asks for biometrics, you must attend a centre within 30 days.

The flight and stay in a third country usually cost more than the biometrics fee itself — factor it into your timeline and budget.
How this gets paid from Iran
IRCC's own payment portal doesn't accept an Iranian card. Rima pays the CAD amount IRCC asked for on your behalf: the Toman equivalent at the day's rate plus the service fee is shown before you pay, and you get the payment receipt in the applicant's name.
Are these the exact fees IRCC charges?
Yes. The figures above come from IRCC's own official fee list (ircc.canada.ca); Rima only makes the payment on your behalf with an Iranian bank card, and charges its own separate fee for doing that.

Does paying the fee guarantee a visa?
