What to know about Hetzner invoices
Hetzner has no prepaid credit balance; each invoice is issued for the month after usage.
Invoices are due immediately and must be paid within 10 days.
Accepted by Hetzner: credit card (VISA / Mastercard / AMEX / UnionPay), SEPA (euro accounts only), bank transfer, and PayPal (manual only). Apple Pay and similar wallets are not accepted.
The account currency (EUR or USD) is chosen when the account is created and cannot be changed later.

Do I need to give you my Hetzner account password?
No. If you have a payment link for the invoice, we only need the invoice number and account email. Otherwise, paying directly from your account requires login details.
How do I get the receipt and proof of payment?
After payment, the transaction receipt and Hetzner confirmation are available in your order panel and sent to your registered email.
Will my server be suspended if payment is late?
Hetzner invoices are due immediately and must be paid within 10 days; a delay can lead to service suspension. Send us the invoice early to avoid this.
How are the exchange rate and fee calculated?
Our fee is built into the conversion rate rather than added as a separate line. The final Toman amount is shown to you before you pay.
What if the payment doesn't go through? Do I get a refund?
If the payment cannot be delivered to Hetzner for any reason, the amount is refunded to you.
Is there a maximum invoice amount?
The per-order limit is confirmed before you pay; for larger invoices, arrange it with support.
